If you are stuck with expensive, proprietary, one-size-fits-all IT solutions that are not fully capable of handling all your IT needs, know that you are not alone. Also know that we are here to help. At Fully Involved Solutions, we specialize in meeting the unique and critically important IT needs of emergency services teams. Teams just like yours.
How Do We Do It?
We build custom IT solutions to meet your unique needs. We truly believe your IT set-up should be tailor-made for you.
We build our IT solutions using open source tools meaning we use a mix of tools such as open source software whose code is widely published, so that anyone can copy, modify, and use the source code without paying any royalties or fees. While this may make us unpopular with the folks at Cisco and Microsoft, we believe that smart, effective IT services shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg especially not if we’re fully involved.
We can work with you to build a budget that is reasonable and predictable and make sure, moving forward, that your ongoing tech costs stay within that budget. Think of us as your virtual IT department. We are experts in finding innovative ways to streamline business processes, automate recurring tasks, eliminate maintenance headaches, and save you money.
What Our Clients Say
“Fully Involved Solutions has worked with us to develop an overall IT plan for our department, including a complete overhaul of our network which had been pieced together over the years. We have, over time, replaced all of our PCs with Apple Macintosh computers.
We also successfully rolled-out a system that runs a virtualized application server, a back-up server, and sub-stations that are connected by a Virtual Private Network. All of our manned sub-stations have web cams that allow us to conduct our weekly staff meetings by video conferencing.
Through our servers, all stations have common access to files and documents that are routinely used during daily duties. In fact, I can access my documents from anywhere that I have Internet connectivity. I have even printed documents for the Chief – in her office – while I was traveling on a train to Washington, D.C!
The newest innovation for us? We can now capture signatures on our laptops and desktops. This lets us sign our weekly time sheets remotely, and allows our Fire Inspectors to capture the signature of a business owner, digitally, in the field. This is saving us time and money by not having to report to our Headquarters to sign the time sheets or print out reports that then have to be taken back to the business owner to sign.
What’s next? Fully Involved Solutions is in the process of installing a video recording system in our training room, which will allow us to not only archive classroom training, but to webcast it LIVE!”
