My decision was based on know, like, and trust -  I met Kevin, liked him, he was knowledgeable, helped me out with an issue before we even signed the paper work and illustrated his expertise to me.  It is not cheap but having piece of mind that my computers are running and allowing me to conduct my business is worth the investment. If you are comparing one company to another - what does one vs the other include, does the competitor meet your goal? Do they actually save you money and time?  Do they actually do what they say they are going to do? Are they responsive?
  
Based on conversations with Kevin he seemed to know IT, he displayed by fixing an issue before we even signed on.  Since switching to Fully Involved, our computers have been running much smoother and a few of the minor issues that we dealt with for months have been resolved.  The few times I have called in an issue the response was immediate.

Fully Involved Solutions provides great service.  When outsourcing your IT support, it is critical that you have someone who is responsive and communicates effectively.  Kevin and the Fully Involved team have been great at this. They respond to our needs in a timely and professional manner. 
 
To us, service is also critical in regards to price considerations. As a small business, we cannot afford disruptions to our IT systems. The network Fully Involved set up meets all of our needs and is user friendly.  Since this network was set up, we have no concerns with data back up. Every morning we are reminded that Fully Involved has completed the necessary systems maintenance to ensure that our system integrity is maintained at all times.

Customer service is one of the reasons that I patronize businesses. I have worked with organizations that used far too much jargon (so I didn’t know what they were talking about) and with other organizations who assumed we were all incompetent. I have never experienced this with Fully Involved. Their team has gone out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. Not only that, every moment with Fully Involved is a teachable moment that empowers you to learn more and makes you aware of solutions for the future.
 
Cost was also one of the reasons that we left our previous IT firm. Their costs did not always align with the services they provided. However, in searching for a new IT firm, there was one company that was less expensive than Fully Involved Solutions - while offering the same level of service. Although they were less expensive, we knew that the level of responsiveness and customer service from Fully Involved would be worth the minimal cost differences.
 
Once we selected a provider, it was important for us to identify a system that was secure and user-friendly. Fully Involved was able to not only walk us through that process, but provide clear “why’s" on the importance of backing up our cloud based data, monitoring our services to avoid downloads of viruses, and preventing others from accessing our sensitive data that we share internally. Not only that, their services run in the background when we are out of office. It saves us time and provides peace of mind.

We have only been in service for 21 years. We have only been using computers for the last 16 years. For most of those years we have had Fully Involved Solutions’ assistance with our computer issues. Five years ago our server, which was housed in our department, crashed. We had to make the difficult decision - were we going to buy a new server or have Fully Involved Solutions host a server for us. The start up fee for server hosting and the fee for a new server was going to cost a similar amount of money. Our decision was going to be based on whether or not we wanted to pay a monthly hosting fee. Initially, it was a very difficult decision because we have never had to pay a monthly fee for our server access. We decided to go ahead and use this service on the sure fact that our server would crash again and we would be having to deal with this same problem again down the road. In this day and time you definitely get what you pay for - but more importantly you want to be able to trust the individual that is completing the work. We have been very pleased with the hosting Fully Involved Solutions provides to our department. Most importantly, we no longer have to make sure we complete backups on our own. We like the fact that if we have trouble - we are a quick phone call away from working again. Thank you for the service you provide our department. We look forward to a long relationship.

I am glad to share my opinion of Fully Involved’s products and services. It is always a pleasure to recognize a deserving company.  

I have been more than satisfied with all assistance provided.   As you may recall I was given my Mac as a gift.  I use my laptop as my primary business computer and desperately needed a new one. So, I wanted to convert right away.  I was not familiar with MAC and discovered quickly that it was difficult to get quick "How To" information.  I got so frustrated during the first months that I almost traded in my Mac at a great value loss for one that I was more familiar.  If It had not been for you and your staff, I probably would have and that would have been a terrible mistake.

Here are the reasons I like doing business with your Company
1. You are very accessible.  If I cannot reach some one when I call, your staff calls me back usually within 15 minutes and always within the hour.
2. You listen.  Even though I am not able to describe the issue in "computer lingo", you and your staff give me the time I need to describe the issue without making me feel rushed or "stupid"
3. You ask questions.  You and your staff are very good at asking questions to target the real issue.
4. You educate while solving problem.  This is a real plus for me.  You and your staff explain what caused the issue, steps to prevent it, along with instructions as to how I can fix it (if possible) if it happens again.  Therefore, you save me money by explaining how I can handle issue in the future.  Also, you use any 'wait time' to answer questions and offer instructions about other topics.
5. You answer my questions.  You and your staff always take the time to make sure I understand the answers.
6. Most importantly, you seem to care about the support you give my business.
According to my experience, your prices seem in line with all others I have used or was quoted.  I measure value for my money, and sometimes the cheapest is not always the best value.  For example, another company may be cheaper per hour but take longer to create solutions or never explain how I can solve problem myself, then in the end I pay more money for their service.

That being said, I am quite satisfied with the value of service that I receive from your Company.  Also, knowing that all my business data is backed up independently is very reassuring; which is priceless.

I don't know what price you put on 'piece of mind', but that is what your Company gives me.  Therefore, I have more time to concentrate on conducting my own business.
